Why is LOVE the Most Powerful WHY?

Since we have recently been exploring numerous keys that can help us unlock our greater potential, I thought we should also consider the big ring that holds all the keys together, yes, LOVE, Love for ourselves, for others and love for leaving the world a better place from having our earthly existence.

“It is an absolute human certainty that no one can know his own beauty or perceive a sense of his own worth until it has been reflected back to him in the mirror of another loving, caring being.”
John Joseph Powell, The Secret of Staying in Love

Where you find it, you find A power that is truly limitless. I will never forget the celebration and instant sadness when I heard my second child was on the way. Why sadness? I had so much love for my firstborn; I felt sad thinking he would now have to share some of that love I had for him with his sister. What blew me away, was that I never loved him any less after she was born; neither did I love the two of them any less when our third came to be, but rather had all the love in the world for each and every one of them. How could I love my first son so much and also love my daughter and youngest son so very much as well? Is there something here that is absolutely crucial to understand? I think so.

When it comes to love, it is not a zero-sum game. Love IS the evidence of ceaseless abundance. I am one of the most fortunate individuals on earth to experience this abundant love for my family and for so many of my friends and colleagues, and especially to have received it in such a quantity as to absolutely bring me to my knees. Oh, that everyone could experience such a love - it literally shapes and creates the lives we live.

To be in this world, but not of this world, we simply need to observe that while our physical life has limits - our time on earth has limits, our money has limits - when it comes to love, there are no limits; with the power of our Why being to love, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished in loving service to others. Quoting Zig Zigler, “you can have everything you dream of if you can help others with their dreams.” I am living evidence of this truth. Rich is the man who has true friends and the experience of love in abundance.

When you pay attention to where you pay attention and tend to your reservoir as we have explored in past weeks, you’re expressing greater love towards yourself and others. As we come to the close of another year, consider love all the more to finish strong. Tomorrow is promised to no one, so live it more fully by loving more fully with every new step and breath you take. No matter how much you accomplish, it’s true measure is whether it was done with more or less love. Anything accomplished with less love is to high a price to pay, and that which is accomplished with more love provides an immediate reward to both the giver and the receiver.

Why Love?
Because there is no greater why.
Choose connection over perfection, and you cannot lose. We win in the moment we connect. Leaders believe differently: lead with the heart, and you will break through every wall this world and your mind has ever created. Love is limitless and can make you unstoppable.

When in doubt, LOVE, because LOVE WINS in the end - it always does.

Make it a great week,
